摘要
常规观察叶片气孔的方法主要有水装片法、印迹法、透明胶带法和指甲油法等。用荧光显微镜可以直接观察植物叶的气孔器,而且能观察到气孔的变化情况,为植物显微技术研究找到了一种新的气孔观察方法。
The ordinary methods to observe the stomas as water slice, blotting, transparent tape ,nail polish and so on. With the fluorescent microscope, the stomas of leaves could be not only observed directly, but also the change of them cound be observed. Consequently, a new method to observe the stomas for the study on botanic microphotographics was found.
