摘要 采用复合凝聚法对艾蒿油的明胶/阿拉伯胶微胶囊抗菌防霉剂的制备工艺进行了研究,考察了乳化转速、表面活性剂用量比例、交联剂用量等因素对微胶囊形态的影响。结果表明:乳化转速为1500r/min,Tween80/Span80的质量比为1∶3,交联剂为0.6mL,凝聚体系pH值控制在4.1时,微胶囊为粒径在30~80μm的规则球形胶粒。 The preparation technology of Artemisia oil microcapsule was studied by complex coacervation method with gelatin and acacia. The influence of the factors such as the emulsification rotate speed, the proportion of surfactant, the volume of crosslinking agents, pH value of system etc was investigated. The results indicate that the optimum condition is as follows : the e- mulsification rotate speed is 1 500r/min, the proportion of Tween80/Span80 is 1 : 3, the volume of crosslinking agents is 0.6 mL, the final pH is about 4.1. It shows that the microcapsule has sphericity figure and the diameter is between 30 and 80μm by microscope.
