摘要
针对多余度线位移传感器检测过程中繁琐的操作流程,设计并实现了一种高效的自动化测试系统;采用了先进的分布式网络检测方法,实现了该类型传感器所有项目的计算机自动化测试,并对测量结果自动保存、分析、打印;根据系统的使用环境,精度要求和误差范围等方面的指标,采取了相应的工程措施;文章介绍了该测试系统的软硬件设计方案,并对现场数据进行了分析;实际结果证明该测试系统具有较高的精度和良好的使用价值。
For the fussy manipulated process of testing for military multi-redundancy lineal displacement sensor, designed and implied a roboticized testing system which has high efficiency.. It uses advanced distributed network testing system , which implement all item's com- puter automatization test of the testing process for this sensor and automatically save, analyze, print the experiment result. This paper introduces the design of the hardware and the software, and in accordance with the certain circumstance, precision order and error band, uses corresponding project approach. At last analyzes the experiment result. It is indicated through practical application that the system has high efficiency and good practicability.
