摘要
在目前热泵热水器国家标准未颁布的情况下,参照ANSI、EN相关标准的测量要求,通过对现有焓差测试台设备系统的改造和扩建,设计建造了热泵热水器性能测试台,使其达到标准规定的热泵热水器性能测试要求;介绍了性能测试台的工作原理,给出了测试台软硬件设计及传感器和测量仪表选型方案,详细描述了关键设计环节的实现,并进行了主要测量参数的不确定度分析;该设计方案可为以后该类产品性能测试及实验室的建造提供参考。
At present product standard about heatpump water heater has not been pubished in our country. Refering to correlation requirements in ANSI and EN standards, the peformance testing platform for heatpump water heater has been designed and constructed by rebuilding enthalpy difference testing platform in existence. It can attain testing demands which stated by ANSI or EN standard organization. The paper introduces working principle of the testing platform, scheme about software and hardware designing, also gives final design about sensors and measurement instruments. Elaborating the realization of primary designing taches and analysing uncertainty degree of the mostly measurement parameters, the whole testing platform design can provide referrences for other similar testing systems' or laboratories' building.
