摘要
针对油田联合站污水岗工人的劳动强度大、工作环境差等问题,设计了污水外输自动化控制系统,此系统通过改变抽水电动机给定频率,从而改变排水速率,把缓冲罐内污水液位稳定在许可范围之内;介绍了此系统的具体实现过程,详细阐述了自动化控制系统结构、硬件设计、通讯方式的构成以及软件设计思想;在计算机管理软件人工配置系统参数后,深入剖析了智能控制终端进行的自动调控算法过程;此系统减轻了工人的劳动强度,通过远程管理、遥控指挥现场可无人值守,提高了联合站的自动化程度,保证生产更安全经济有效进行。
In order to solve the question that the worker's labor intensity and the inferior working conditions at the sewage position of the oil field union station, the automatic control system has been designed to expel the oily sewage. This system controls the water pumping mo- tor by changing its frequency, thus tochange the speed of water draining, as a result that the water level inside the sewage storage tank stabilizes in the permissivescope, The design process of the automatic control system for expelling the oily sewage at the oil union station has been introduced. The system's structure has been elaborated in detail, and the hardware design, the constitution of the way of communication, and the thoughts about the software design also have been elaborated. At the same time, the process of automatic regulative algorithm that the intelligence control terminal carries on has been analyzed thoroughly after the system parameters are downloaded from the computer manage- ment software. This system has relieved the worker's labor intensity through the long-distance manage ment and the remote control by com- puter, directed the scene to be possible unattended, enhanced the oil station's automaticity, guaranteed the production to carry on more safely, economically and effectively.
