几种植物果实中山梨酸的提取及含量研究 被引量:1

摘要 系统地测定了陕甘花楸成熟期间山梨酸含量的动态变化,并检测了其它十余种野生与栽培植物成熟果实中山梨酸的水平。结果表明绝大多数植物果实中都含有微量山梨酸,其中沙棘中含量略高。以沙棘干果为材料可得山梨酸粗提物。山梨酸可能直接或间接参与植物的呼吸代谢。 The active changes of Sorbic acid contents were measured at regular intervals during the ripening period of Kochmes Morntainash fruits,and the levels of sorbic acid in ripe fruits of the thirteen species of wild and cultivated plants were measured in the meantime.The results showed that the trace levels of sorbic acid were detected in the majority of plant fruits and the crude extracts of sorbic acid were obtained from the dry berries of seabuckthorn.It was possible that the acid participated directly or indirectly in the respiratory metabolism of the plant.But as its content was so small,so its preservative ability could not be shown.
