改进EDD策略在门诊排队管理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 将最早交期(EDD)策略用于具有不同优先级患者的医院门诊排队管理中,以保证候诊队列整体满意度不降低的前提下,最大程度地降低高优先级患者的等候时间。在建立排队模型时,引入时间效用来描述患者的等待满意度,建立了基于候诊队列长度的效用函数,并通过平均评价分(MOS)法确定了该时间效用函数的参数,计算出不同候诊队列长度条件下高优先级患者的最大插队位数。仿真实验结果表明:该策略不降低患者整体满意度,受人群比例影响较小,能保证患者在高峰时段等待时间平稳。 Earliest due date (EDD) discipline was applied to hospital queuing management for out-patients with different priorities to reduce the highe;class patients' waiting times without reducing the overall satisfaction. A time utility based on queue lengths is introduced to describe the patients; waiting satisfaction at the modeling stage. The mean opinion score (MOS) method was then used to determine the utility function parameters and to calculate the maximum queue jumping values for different queue lengths. Simulations show that the discipline is slightly affected by the patient proportion while maintaining the overall satisfaction and ensuring stable patient waiting times at rush hours.
