China＇s Ministry of Education recently honored three Tsinghua University faculty members with the prestigious Renowned Teacher of the Nation Award. The winners of the award are Professor Qian Yi, a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a Professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, Professor Liu Guanzhong from the Academy of Arts and Design, and Professor Hua Chengying from the Department of Automation.
