摘要
采用中草药提取物对果蔬进行保鲜可以减少化学保鲜剂对人类健康的不良影响,并有效防止植物病原菌的抗药性。本文论述了中草药提取物在果蔬保鲜上的抑菌机理及其应用进展,指出了目前研究开发天然中草药果蔬防腐保鲜剂所面临的问题及其发展前景。
The application of natural plant extracts in the storage of fresh fruits and vegetables can control postharvest decay, reduce the adverse effect of chemical fungicides to people, and can prevent the resistance of fungi to fungicide. This paper introduced the antifungal mechanism and advance of the extractions of some Chinese herbal medicine for keeping fruit and vegetable fresh and pointed out the problems 'about research of natural antistaling agent and the prospect of its application.
