燕麦麸中β-葡聚糖的提取及荧光法测定 被引量:7

摘要 以燕麦麸为原料,分别进行灭酶和不灭酶处理,通过水提法提取β-葡聚糖,并采用荧光光度法测定原料中β-葡聚糖含量。结果表明,Calcofluor的荧光强度与β-葡聚糖含量呈良好的直线关系(r=0.9977),原料经两种工艺处理后,β-葡聚糖含量分别为8.54%,7.92% In this experiment, oat bran was used as a raw material to prepare β-glucan with two different processing and the content of β-glucan was measured by fluorimetric method. The results indicated that, The intensity of fluorescence have a linear relation ( r = 0. 9977 ) with the content of β-glucan. The content of β-glucan respectively was 8. 54%, 7.92% with two processings.
