摘要
正确评估农业科研项目的关键，在于评估指标的完善程度，而评估结果的正确与否取决于各指标的权重。应用层次分析法。
The key to the evaluation of scientific research projects of agriculture consists in perfect evaluating indexes. The correctness of the evaluating results depends on the weight of each index. By usin analytic hierarchy process, the weight of each index can be determined.
