兰州市1991～1995年大学招生体检中视力低下状况分析及对策

ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION OF POOR EYESIGHT REVEALED AT THE ENTRANCE HEALTH EXAMINATION OF THE UNIVERSITIES IN LANZHOU FROM 1991 1995

１９９１～１９９５年对兰州市大学招生体检中的４８０９０名学生的视力低下状况进行了调查，并对８项专业招生受限的原因进行了统计分析。其结果，占专业受限原因第一位的是视力低下。在５年的调查分析中发现，视力低下所占比例有逐年上升趋势，１９９１～１９９５年分别为６３．２６％、６５．７６％、６６．８１％、６６．０３％、６８．５１％；视力低下率还有显著的性别和城乡差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），女生视力低下率为７２．０６％，男生视力低下率为６１．４１％；城市学生的视力低下率为７４．２５％，农村学生的视力低下率为５０．９８％。

Based on the investigation of 48 090 students carried out at the entrance health examination of universities in Lanzhou from 1991 1995,an analysis of the situation of poor eyesight of students has been done,together with a statistical analysis on the 8 causes which restrict students in selecting their specialities The results show that the primary cause of handicap is poor eyesight,which is followed by unqualification of height and weight and achromatopsia and color weakness The proportion of handicap caused by poor eyesight shows an increasing trend,which is manifested by the following figures from 1991 to 1995:63 26%,65 73%,66 81%,66 03% and 68 51% respectively The ratio of poor eyesight of students has an obvious sexual difference and city country difference;the poor eyesight ratio of female students is 72 06% and that of the male students is 61 41%;the poor eyesight ratio of students in cities is 74 25% and that in country is 50 98% Due to the important influence of poor eyesight on the health and occupation selecting of students,it is emphasized that the society,schools,families and all of us should pay more attention to the prevention and cure of poor eyesight
