摘要
在实验室不同温度条件下,探讨了不同浓度的粉锈宁对7种蚕豆茎叶分离所带真菌毒性的作用,同时测定了粉锈宁对其中4种真菌孢子萌发、芽管生长及对3种真菌产孢的影响。结果表明,7种参试真菌菌落生长速度均随温度升高而加快。粉锈宁≥100×10-6时对蚕豆根腐病原镰刀菌具有明显杀菌作用,而对引致蚕豆主要叶病——赤斑病和轮斑病的葡萄孢和尾孢表现出较强的抑菌作用。粉锈宁在较高浓度下能明显的抑制供试的镰刀菌、聚端孢及轮枝孢的孢子萌发。
Toxicity of triadimefon to seven fungi species separated from leaves of broad bean,including its influences on spore germination and germinal tube growth of the four specied and sporophore of the three species,was investigated under three temperature conditions of 15℃,20℃ and 25℃,and under five triadimefon concentration conditions of 0,1,10,100 and 1 000×10 -6 in laboratory experiment.The results showed that the community growth rates of the seven tested fungi were increased with increasing rteatment temperatures.Triadimefon withconcentrations of more than 100×10 -6 could disinfect Fusarium oxysporum causing broad bean root rot,and inhibit Botrytis fabae and Cercospora zonata causing the most important diseases on broad bean leaves,chocolate spot and annular spot,but could not significantly inhibitr the less important leaf disease producing fungi such as Alternaria sp., Verticillium sp. and Phoma medicaginis .The spore germinations of Fusarium oxysporum,Trichothecium sp.and Verticillim sp.were evidently inhibited by 100 and 200×10 -6 of triadimefon, and the germinal tube growth rates of the four tested fungi were reduced as the concentrations of triadiemfon increased in treatment solutions.
