摘要
急性硫化氢（Ｈ２Ｓ）中毒是一种发病快，易误诊，死亡率高的中毒性疾病。临床抢救成功的关键是及时正确的诊断。
Acute hydrogen sulphide poisoning is a quickly attacking disease with a high mortality.It is freguently misdiagnosed on neglected.The author reports 8 rescued cases with acute hydrogen sulphide poisoning hospitalized in first affiliated hospital of Lanzhou medical college.
