摘要
针对一种并联式混合动力城市公交车的动力系统进行参数匹配和设计.该混合动力公交车的能量存储系统采用超级电容和镍氢动力蓄电池的双能量存储器,变速器采用机械式自动变速器(AMT),电动机和发动机之间的耦合系统采用单向超越离合器以及耦合箱.这种耦合系统不用电动化的附件,可有效降低生产成本.计算机仿真和实车试验结果表明,混合动力公交车的动力性与原型车相当,经济性与原型车相比提高20%以上,排放达到欧Ⅲ排放标准.达到了预期开发设计的目标.
A method of design and parameter matching with a new type of parallel hybrid electric city bus's powertrain system was presented. The main features of this hybrid electric city bus consists of the following:(1)it adopts a dual electrical energy storage based on ultracapacity and nickel-hydrogen battery packages; (2) an automatic mechanical transmission is installed replacing the original manual transimission; (3) the couple system between engine and motor is comprised of a single-direction clutch and gears system. This kind of couple system does not need any electrical accessory which leads to reduce production costs elfectively. Simulations and real vehicle test results were presented, which verifies the prospective design objects that is, kinetic performance is equal to the prototype vehicle's, fuel economy increases by at least 20% compared with the prototype vehicle's, exhaust level agrees with the Euro Ⅲ standard.
