摘要
为了探讨黄浦江水体生物膜中金属元素分布特征和天然水体生物膜与金属元素相互作用机制,应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)分析不同的水深、季节、生长时间和采样点下生物膜中金属元素的含量.结果表明:天然水体生物膜中蓄积的金属元素主要为Al、Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn等;生长时间、水深、季节均是影响生物膜富集金属元素的因素.从而可以初步推断生物膜参与了金属元素在水环境中的迁移转化过程.
In order to probe the distribution of metal elements in biofilm developed in Huangpu River and the mechanism of interactions between metal elements and biofilm in natural aquatic system, the concentration of metal elements in Huangpu River biofilm of different depth, different growth days and different seasons was measured using ICP-AES methods. The results show the main metal elements in the biofilm are Al, Fe, Ca, Mg and Mn. Growth time, depth and seasons are all important factors to the metal elemetal elements in natural aquatic system.
