基于绩效技术的“农远工程”应用模型分析

Analysis of application model of "Project of Modern Distance Education for Rural Secondary and Elementary Schools" based on performance technology

结合我国“农远工程”可持续发展存在的主要问题，运用绩效技术原理，从绩效分析、原因分析、问题解决方案的选择与设计、方案的实施与改进以及绩效评价5个方面，探讨与分析了“农远工程”的可持续发展模型，并给出相关的对策与建议。

By relating the major problems in the sustainable development of Modem Distance Education Project of Rural and Remote Elementary and Secondary Schools, the paper uses performance technology principle to discuss and analyze the model of Modem Distance Education Project of Rural and Remote Elementary and Secondary Schools with sustainable development in the following aspects： performance analysis, cause analysis, selection and design of solving scheme, scheme implementation and improvement, and performance evaluation. Finally it offers some countermeasures and proposals.
