摘要
教育技术能力培训是中小学教师继续教育的重要组成部分。文章以陕西省安康市为例，在对中小学教师教育技术能力培训现状反思的基础上，提出相应对策，以促使该项培训健康发展。
Training in educational technology is an important part of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers. Taking Ankang City in southern Shaanxi Province as an example, the author offers some suggestions so as to promote the healthy development of the training after analyzing problems of educational technology training for primary and secondary teachers.
