摘要
用微量热法研究了两种甲胺磷铜配合物对大肠杆菌的代谢抑制.结果表明,不同化合物及同一化合物在不同浓度下的代谢热谱不同,它们的抗菌活性不同,说明在不同情况下,细菌和药物的作用方式不同.
In this paper, the inhibition of two kind copper complexes, on E.coli have been studied by the method of microcalorimetry.Results show that different kind of complex has different effect on E.coli under different concentrations.Under the different conditions, their metabolic thermograms are different, the mechanisms of their actions are also different.
