With the advent of computer technology and the information age, the traditional mode of teaching cannot meet the demands of the development of modem higher medical education; therefore, the introduction of computer into laboratory teaching is an inevitable trend of the development of medical education. The article specifies the design and application of pathophysiological simulation experiments, and discusses the functional features of the software and its effects on pathophysiological laboratory teaching.
