苏云金杆菌δ-内毒素对离体昆虫细胞作用机制的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用BacilusthuringienisisHD-1δ-内毒素作用离体培养的昆虫细胞(Px),并测定其对Px细胞葡萄糖、Na+、K+离子吸收的影响.实验表明,δ-内毒素作用Px细胞后0.5min内,细胞对葡萄糖的吸收大量增加,10min后,葡萄糖的吸收基本停止,细胞内Na+含量的快速增加发生在δ-内毒素作用5min后,K+离子的含量在1min后开始增加,但增加缓慢. The experiment results showed that: being treated with B.t. δ endotoxin, Px cells started to absorb glucose rapidly in no less than 0.5 min, and 10 more min late, Px cell sstopped uptaking glucose. The δ endotoxin, however, did not cause accumulation of Na + ion in the first 5 min and K + ion in the first 1 min in Px cell. 1 min after the treatment with B.t. δ endotoxin, the amount of K + ion in Px cells increased slowly and 5 min after that, the amount of Na + ion in Px cells increased rapidly. All above showed that δ endotoxin first made impact on the influs of glucose and them the uptaking of Na +,K + ion on Px cells.
