摘要
从中国鲎(TachypleustridentatusLeach)卵巢中分离出未成熟的卵子,在标有铁蛋白的培养液中进行培养.3~6d后对材料分别进行固定、透射电镜观察.证明铁蛋白分子可以透过卵母细胞的基膜,并通过微绒毛的直接吸收和质膜的微吞饮活动进入卵质.然后在内质网膜囊中沉积,形成卵黄粒.
The premature oolytes are seperated from ovary of Tachypeus tridentatus Leach, cultured in the medium which contains ferritin, and then fixated in differend time from 3th to 6th days. We observated therough transmission electron microscope that the molecules of ferritin can penetrate basemembrane of eocyte, and are obsorbed directely by microvilli and pinocytosis of plasma membrane into ooplasm. In the end it is deposited in cavity of endoplasmic reticulum and it form yolk yranules.
