呼唤治疗-护理模式对颅脑外伤昏迷患者的促醒作用探讨

STUDY ON EFFECT OF CALL-MODE TO URGING OF SKULL BRAIN INJURY OR WOUND STUPOR PATIENT

目的探讨呼唤治疗-护理模式(call-mode)对颅脑外伤昏迷患者的促醒作用和预后的影响。方法选择颅脑外伤昏迷且颅内无活动性出血患者180例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组(90例)行常规治疗护理;观察组(90例)在此基础上加用呼唤治疗-护理模式,于伤后3天、1周、2周、1个月检测BA-EP波形和脑电图(EEG),并进行GCS评分和GOS预后评分。结果观察组与对照组GCS评分、脑电图、BA-EP转阴率清醒率和清醒时间差异显著,p<0.05,观察组临床疗效优于对照组。结论应用call-mode治疗护理颅脑外伤昏迷患者,能加速患者清醒,促进病人脑神经功能恢复,提高复苏的成功率和降低病死率。
