锥体虫、果蝇基因编码区的密码子使用、碱基间关联与基因表达水平的关系研究

摘要 用自洽信息聚类方法预测了锥体虫(Trypanosomabrucei)(81个基因)和果蝇(Drosophila)(124个基因)的基因表达水平、高表达基因同义密码子的使用规律,求出了描述基因表达水平的参数IE值和CAI值;在此基础之上,用我们提出的基因表达增强网络(EEN)理论研究了基因编码区的碱基构成、密码子内和密码子之间的碱基关联与基因表达水平的关系,结果表明,其增强网络位点数目比E.coli和Yeast要多,说明生物越高级,编码区内的碱基关联越强. Based on the method of Self consistent Information Clustering, we have predicted the gene expression levels of Trypanosoma brucei and Drosophila,obtained the modified codon Adaption Index ( CAI ) and the Information Entropy ( IE ) values;the linear regression analysis on the relation between base composition, base correlation and gene expression level in these genes are accomplished.Using the Expression Enhancing Network theory,the existance of the Expression Enhancing Network Sites (EENS) can be demonstrated by the linear equations between gene expression and base correlations in a codon,in adjacent codons and in non adjacent codons.Part of the modes of base correlation for Trypanosoma brucei and Drosophila which are important to gene expression has been found and listed.
