几种环境因子对壮观链霉菌(Streptomyces spectabilis Lu-80-2)生长的影响

在放线菌斜面常规培养时间（７ｄ）内，壮观链霉菌Ｌｕ－８０－２菌株在同一支斜面上可产生两代分生孢子．不同世代分生孢子的数量和性状不同，第一代分生孢子比第二代分生孢子数量多，抗菌能力强．在不同厚度斜面培养基上形成的孢子质量不同，４～５ｍｍ厚培养基上产生的孢子数量多，抑菌圈大．Ｌｕ－８０－２壮观放线菌素合成期的最适温度范围约为３２～３４℃．无机磷酸盐抑制壮观放线菌素合成，硝酸盐促进其合成．

Two generation of spore of Lu 80 2 strain formed on a single slant culture in 7 d was observed.G1 spore were more in quantity and higher in bacteriostatic activity than G2.The optimum temperature range for synthesis of Actinospectacin was about 32￣34 ℃ and different from the optimum growth temperature of Lu 80 2 strain (28￣32 ℃).It is shown that the synthesis of Actinospectacin was inhibited and facilitated by addition of inoganic phosphate and nitrate into fermentation media,respectively.
