库布齐固定沙丘土壤微生物数量与土壤生态因子的研究

Study on Soil Microbial Numbers and Soil Ecological Factor in Fixed Dunes in the East Hobq Sands of NeiMongol

研究了内蒙古库布齐沙带东段固定沙丘土壤微生物数量变化与土壤生态因子的关系．结果表明：土壤微生物总数量的季节变化与土壤养分含量的季节变化基本一致，均为春季和秋季＞夏季；从流动沙丘到固定沙丘，植物种类组成、土壤微生物数量和土壤养分含量，均出现相同的变化规律，由少逐渐增多；库布齐固定沙丘的土壤微生物土层垂直分布规律有其地域的独特性，在０．５～１０ｃｍ和１５０～１６０ｃｍ土层中，无芽孢细菌。

With the variation of microbial numbers of the soil and its correlation with ecological factor of the soil in fixed dunes in the east Hobq sands of NeiMongol are dealed.The results showed that the variation of microbial numbers and nutrient of the soil in fixed dunes were found to correspond seasonally greater the spring and autumn than the summer.From flowing to fixed dunes the variation of microbial numbers and contents of nutrient in the sand of were increased gradually.The amount of the non spore bearing,spore bearing and actinomycete,organic matter and availabe nutrients K were found to occur the peak values in sand layer of 0.5￣10.0 cm and 150￣160 cm.
