转速对离心式脱粉机分离效率影响的现场试验研究

摘要 KS5.7离心式脱粉机作为重介选煤的选前脱粉(泥)新产品,刚刚在我国选煤生产中得到应用。文章介绍了脱粉机的结构形式及分离原理,并重点就现场试验研究了转速对分离特性影响。试验结果表明:脱粉机运行过程中转速应有一个较优值,过低或过高的转速都会导致脱粉效率下降。 A KSS. 7 centrifugal fine - coal remover was applied to the heavy medium fine - coal separation system during the technical reconstruction of Pansan Mine Coal Preparation Plant in Huainan Coal Mining Group. This equipment is first to apply to the coal preparation plant in China. The rotary speed is the most important processing parameter influenced to the separation performance of the fine - coal remover. Base on the structure and separation principle of the fine - coal remover, the paper introduced the site experiment research on the rotary speed influenced to the separation performances. The paper has the varied cures of the separation efficiency and analyzed the experimental results.
