摘要
针对目前机场工程采用高强混凝土铺筑道面仍出现早期裂缝的现象,研究配制掺不同类型外掺剂的高强道面混凝土,采用平板法对其早期抗裂性进行试验研究,并综合评价抗裂效果。试验结果表明:高强道面混凝土中掺加粉煤灰或合成纤维,都能有效减少裂缝,粉煤灰与合成纤维双掺抗裂效果更佳。建议在气候干燥、温差大的地区采用抗裂等级为Ⅰ级,其他地区采用抗裂等级为Ⅱ级的道面混凝土,可有效防止早期裂缝的发生,满足道面使用要求,延长道面使用寿命。
As early crack still takes place in high strength concrete of airport pavement at present, several kinds of admixtures are added into the concrete respectively, and their early crack resistances are studied by slab test and anti-cracking effects are evaluated comprehensively. Test results indicate that the high strength concrete mixed with fly ash or synthetic fiber will reduce cracking effectively while admixing fly ash and fiber composites into the concrete will achieve best effect. It is suggested that it can prevent early crack more effec- tively to use pavement concrete of crack resistance class I in dry-climate or big temperature difference region, and that of classⅡ in other regions, satisfying the operational requirement of the pavement and extending its service life.
