摘要
金湖渡槽为U形预应力薄壳结构,槽壁薄,钢筋配置密,有反弧段,混凝土需一次浇筑成型,内壁混凝土表观质量难以保证。通过试验发现存在麻面、孔洞裂缝等缺陷,对此制订了相应的技术措施(如改造模板,采用短轴振捣棒等),防止了内壁圆弧段的混凝土表观缺陷。
Jinbu Flume is a pre-stressed shell structure that has U-cross-section with arc part and dense steel bar arrangement in thin wall, and must be concreted once. It is therefore difficult to ensure its appearance quality. It was found by test that there existed some defects of hungry spots, holes and cracks, for which some measures were taken accordingly, for instance, improving formwork, using short vibrating rod and etc. by all of which appearance defects of arc concrete wall were avoided.
