摘要
针对恒运电厂2台210MW机组真空系统严密性长期不合格的问题,在分析了各种查漏方法优缺点和该电厂传统查漏方式弊病的基础上,以氦质谱查漏仪在线检测这两台机组真空系统的泄漏情况。对轴封的泄漏,通过调整运行方式来减少泄漏量;对于其它泄漏点,则采用进口复合材料在线堵漏,使两台机组真空系统严密性分别由原来的1.1kPa/min和2.04kPa/min提高到0.3kPa/min和0.235kPa/min,真空分别上升了0.5kPa和1kPa。结合这两台机组真空系统主要泄漏点的形成原因,在运行、检修、试验等方面提出了合理化建议。
To solve the long-standing problem of vacuum system untightness of two 210 MW units in Hengyun Power Plant, and based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of varied leak detecting methods besides the defects in the conventional leak detecting means used by the plant, the helium mass spectrum leak detector was used on line to detect the leakage of the vacuum system of the two units. The leakage of the gland seal was reduced by adjusting the operational mode, and other leaks were stopped on line with imported composite material. Then the vacuum system tightness of the two units was improved from 1. 1 kPa/min and 2.04 kPa/minto 0. 3 kPa/min and 0. 235 kPa/min respectively. So the vacuum was enhanced by 0. 5 kPa and 1 kPa. Combined with the formation reasons of the main leaks in the vacuum system, this paper offers some proposals in such respects as operation, maintenance and test.
