220kV北桃乙线N143塔原位升高改造

摘要 220kV北桃乙线因线下填土修建公路的原因,造成N141—N142档线路对地高度不足,因此需对N143塔进行升高改造。鉴于N143塔的外部环境条件不适宜采用移位改塔的习惯做法,决定用更换脚腿的方法对N143塔进行原位升高改造。对原基础进行受力验算通过后,设计加工了一套塔脚连接底座,用于原基础与新塔脚之间的过渡连接,最后进行铁塔现场升高施工。改造后达到了预期的效果。采用铁塔原位升高改造可节省投资,对环境影响小,停电时间短。 The earth fill for the highway project under 220 kV Beitao B transmission line resulted in inadequacy of ground clearance of Span N141-N142, which necessitated elevation of Tower N143. Because the conditions of Tower N143 were not fit for the common practicc of transformation by changing position, a decision was madc to elevate the tower in situ by means of changing its legs. Based on the stress calculation of the original foundation, a set of leg connecting base was designcd and made to connect the original foundation and the new legs. Then thc tower was elevated in situ and desircd effect achieved. In-situ elevation reconstruction of towers is economical, environment-friendly and needs only short duration of power outage.
