樟树子油-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺研究

文章研究樟树子挥发性油的提取并制成中药片剂的生产工艺条件.筛选出樟树子挥发油提取的较佳条件是原料与水的质量比为1∶4;应用3因素6水平的均匀设计方法,选用研磨法筛选出樟树子油-β-环糊精包合较佳条件是:温度为55℃,研磨时间为1.5h,樟树子油(g)∶β-环糊精(g)=1∶12.在此条件下所得包合物油利用率为80.73%、包合物收得率为91.61%.

This paper is on the conditions of abstraction of camphor seed oil and the production technology in making the traditional Chinese medicine troche, the sieving of the suitable abstraction conditions of camphor seed oil , the mass ratio of raw material and water is 1 ： 4. With the technique of equality design in 3 factors 6 levels and the means of grinding, the sieving of the suitable conditions of the formation of β-CD and the oil clathrate ： temperature is 55℃, grinding time is 1.5 hrs, oil and β-CD is 1 ： 12 in mass, under these conditions, the utilization ratio of oil is 80.73 % in the clathrate, the yield of the clathrate is 91.61%.
