摘要
分析了磨削插齿刀前面时的砂轮干涉现象，推导出砂轮直径极值及干涉齿形误差的计算公式，并给出了计算实例。
The interference is analyzed when grinding the front of gear shapers. The extreme values of grinding wheel diameters and calculating formula of interference errors are deduced.
