摘要
ERP是一种利用现代信息技术,对企业资源进行全面整合的新型管理模式,能够增强企业管理效率和水平,提高综合竞争力和效益。作为一种国际化管理模式,ERP日益引起政府和学术界的关注。分析ERP在我国中小企业的应用情况,提出在应用ERP系统时应注意的问题及采取的对策。
ERP is a new type of management model integrating the enterprise resources based on modern information technology, which can enhance the management efficiency and level, improve comprohensire competitive force of enterprises. As an international management model, ERP gradually attracts more and more attention from government departments and academic eiroles. The present article analyses the situations of employing the EPR model, raises the problems and puts forward the corresponding eountermeasuros in medium-sized and small enterprises when adopting this model.
