An Interpretation of Philosophical Connotation of Harmonious Library

从和谐的基本涵义出发,对和谐折射出来的哲学意义作了简要诠释。分析了图书馆内部不和谐(人、物、利三个基本要素之间的矛盾关系),以及图书馆外部不和谐(图书馆与图书馆、学校、科研机构之间的矛盾关系),并针对这些矛盾思考了和谐图书馆的构建。和谐的信息文化交流场所是其前提条件;和谐的馆藏结构体系是其物质基础;和谐的人本管理是其重要保障;和谐的馆风是其精神食粮;最终构建图书馆与读者的和谐关系是其目标。

Beginning with the analysis of harmony connotation from philosophical aspect, the present article analyzes the internal conflict and the external conflict of library and puts forward the idea of constructing a harmonious library. Harmonious communication of information and culture is the prerequisite; harmonious collection structure is the physical base; harmonious humanist management is the guarantee; harmonious library atmosphere is the nourishment for the mind; the final goal is to construct the harmonious relationship between library and readers.
