股骨上端髓内钉(PFN)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折68例护理体会

The knows from experience of the nursing care that 68 instances of intertrochanteric fractur treated by proximal femoral nail(PFN).

目的探讨股骨上端髓内钉（PFN）治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的围手术期的护理疗效。方法对2000年1月-2007年2月采用PFN治疗股骨粗隆间骨折68例围手术期护理进行回顾性分析。结果术后随访6-30个月,平均15个月,3例患者术后股骨颈内钉松动脱出,但骨折愈合良好,下肢活动正常,未产生其他并发症。结论PFN具有手术时间短、出血少且固定坚强的优点,适用于股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗,围手术期护理切实可行。

Objective： To explore the nursing care effect of the stage surrounding the operation that femur intertrochanteric fracture treated by proximal femoral nail（ PFN ）. Methods： Through retrospective analysis of nursing care of the stage surrounding the operation that 68 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were treated by PFN, in the period from January 2000 to February 2007. Results ： The mean follow - up of 15 （6 - 30） months revealed that fractures after operation in all the 68 cases. 3 cases nails which in the collum femoris become loose and prolapsus postoperation , but all the 3 cases were obtained ideal union, the activty of legs were very well, no else complication. Conclusion： The using of proximal femoral nail （PFN） in the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur have such merits as the little time of the operation ,the little issuing of blood and the strong fixation. It is practicable to the nursing care of the stage surrounding the operation.
