摘要
新研制的渣油粘结剂是在渣油中加入乳化油U1形成油包油型乳化渣油。加入添加剂T1,可以促进渣油中的油质向胶质特化,并且能消除蜡的不良影响。因而使得渣油粘结剂成为低温流动性好,抗拉强度可达1.5~2MPa,烘干范围大,在220℃~280℃之间,性能良好的新型渣油粘结剂。
The new type slag-oil binder is made by adding U1 emulsible oil to slag-oil,which forms an oil wrapping oil type of emulsified slag-oil. Putting T1 additive into slag-oilcan promote the transition from oil to colliod, and eliminate the negative effect of wax. Therefore, it will make the slag-oil binder to be one with high qualities, such as high mobility atlow temperature, ultimate tensile strength up to 1. 5-2MPa, temperature from 220-280℃.
