摘要
采用压榨法、溶剂浸提法、分子蒸馏法、超临界法提取了野香苏籽油,并对其成分及理化性质进行了分析。4种提取方法的出油率分别为36.6%,36.5%,26.7%,37.0%,其主要成分是α-亚麻酸。压榨法提取的野香苏油在贮存过程中过氧化值较低。综合比较,压榨法提取较为经济、适用。
The oil of Elsholtzia rugulosa Hemsl seed were extracted by squeezing method, solvent extraction method, molecular distillation method and supercritical extraction. Its chemical compositions and physicochemical property were analysised. Four kinds of extraction method oil extraction rate respectively is 36.6 %,36.5 %, 26.7 % and 37.0 %. Its principal compositions is alpha - the linolenic acid. The peroxide value of Elsholtzia rugulosa Hemsl seed oil is low in the storing process. The synthesis comparison, extraction of the squeezing method is economical and suitable.
