摘要 研究了水溶性茶树油的制备工艺,并对其货架期进行了初步拟和。通过试验得出,乳化体系所需最佳HLB值为11.79,由Span80和Tween80复配的复合乳化剂对茶树油有很好的乳化效果;油水的最佳添加量分别为9g和81g,复合乳化剂的最佳添加量为0.73g。使用SAS程序对产品货架期进行初步拟和,结果表明模型具有很好的拟和性。 In this paper, a primary study was made concerning the processing of water-soluble tea-tree oil, and making a linear estimate to its shelf life. Ascertained that the optimum HLB value for emulsifying tea-tree oil was 11.79, and found out that SpanS0 and TweenS0 as compound emulsifiers had perfect emulsification to tea-tree oil The results of experiment turned out the best dosage of oil and water was 9 g and 81 g respectively, and the optimum dosage of compound emulsifier was 0.73 g. The result of SAS procedures showed the linear estimate was reliable.
