几种农业和食品工业副产物中植物多酚的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了一些提取植物多酚的廉价植物原料及农业、工业加工副产品(茶叶、花生壳、柑橘类果皮、果汁残渣等)。其中有些物质多酚含量很高,如红甜菜汁生产残渣。因此来自农业和食品工业副产物的植物多酚将成为保健食品、医药、化妆品等行业的重点开发研究对象。此外,还介绍了国际上最常用的且被推荐为测定抗氧化能力和酚类含量的标准方法:抗氧化能量指数(ORAC)测定法、福林(F-C)比色法和TEAC法。 This paper reviews some materials on extracting plant polyphenol. Mostly, there are ordinary cheap material from plants and agricultural or industrial by-products (such as tea, peanut skin, citrus peel, residues from juice production). Some of them have high content of plant polyphenol, for an example, residues from red beet juice production. So cheap material from agriculture or industrial by-products will become the important target to be studied and exploited. Furthermore, it introduced three international assays of the antioxidant ability and content of hydroxybenzene which are in common use, there are the oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC ) assay, the Folin-Ciocaheu method and the Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) assay.
