摘要
用单个钢球进行压碎试验,在记录的载荷-位移曲线上测出比例载荷、压碎载荷以及总变形量和非比例变形量4个指标。对不同温度回火的Φ7.938 mm和Φ12.00 mm两种规格的钢球进行了压碎试验,结果表明,上述指标对回火温度都是非常敏感的。
Proportional load, crush load, total deformation and non - proportional deformation were measured as evalua- ting indicators through load - displacement curve in the single steel ball crush experiment. The crash experiments were carried out for φ7. 938 mm and φ12.00 mm steel ball tempered under different temperatures. The results show that 4 evaluating indicators were very sensitive to tempering temperature.
