The construction of an office building in South of China proceeded again after 8 years suspension, and its purpose was changed into apartment building according to the employer＇s requirement. On condition of proper bar arrangement in reinforced concrete, increasing cross-section and adding iterative layer as second loadbearing members are simple, easy, economical and reliable methods to reinforce the bending members.
