摘要
通过对主轴颈会向运动规律的理论分析和故障模拟试验,揭示了柴油机机座表面冲击振动的内部激励源及其与柴油机工况、机油温度和主轴承磨损间隙的内在联系,提出了柴油机滑动主轴承磨损状态的振动监测方法.
By theoretical analysis on axia1 rotation of main journal and faultsimulation experiments, this paper reveals the exciting source of shockingvibration signals on engine bedplate and its internal link with engine condition,lubricant temperature, tribological fault of main journal bearing andsuperficial vibration signals, and proposes an on-line vibration monitoringmethod for main journal bearing tribological fault of diesel engine.
