经皮腰椎间盘电热纤维环成形术的临床应用

Percutaneous lumbar intradiscal electrothermal annuloplasty (IDET) in treatment of disk-related low back pain

目的探讨经皮腰椎间盘电热纤维环成形术(IDET)在盘源性下腰痛治疗中的临床应用价值。方法经CT椎间盘造影证实的阳性椎间盘患者15例,符合IDET的适应证,行IDET治疗,经过24个月随访,行统一的疗效判断。结果15例患者均无术中、术后并发症及后遗症,其中1例痊愈,3例基本痊愈,9例明显缓解,2例轻度或未缓解。结论在严格掌握适应证的前提下,IDET可以作为治疗盘源性下腰痛的一种选择。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect on disc-related low back pain with percutaneous lumbar intradiscal electrothermal annuloplasty （IDET）. Methods Fifteen cases of disc-related low back pain confirmed with CT discography were treated by IDET and all cases were follow up for 24 months. Results Among all cases one patient was completely cured, 9 were cured, 9 were alleviated, 2 had no response. There was no complication found. Conclusion IDET may be an optional therapy fbr low back pain of dise.
