乳腺癌原发灶及淋巴结转移灶中C-erbB-2的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌原发灶和淋巴结转移灶中C-erbB-2的表达及其与肿瘤类型、分期的关系。方法本文选择我院2005年1月—2005年12月所有在我院行手术治疗且术前均未行抗癌治疗、术后病理证实伴有同侧腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺癌36例,用免疫组化S-P法检测原发灶和淋巴结转移灶C-erbB-2的表达。结果原发灶和淋巴结转移灶C-erbB-2的表达无相关性。原发灶C-erbB-2的表达在不同的肿瘤分期存在差异。结论乳腺癌细胞淋巴结转移的过程中由于体内某种机制的作用导致了恶性程度的变化;原发灶C-erbB-2的高表达与肿瘤的分期呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the protein expressions and the relationship of C-erbB-2 between breast cancer and their lymph-node metastatic tumor to evaluate their possible roles in breast cancer invasion and metastases. Methods High sensitive S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the protein expressions of C-erbB-2 in 36 breast cancers with lymphatic metastases. Results The expression of C-erbB-2 in breast cancer was not associated with lymphatic metastases. The expression of C-erbB-2 had no differences between breast cancer and lymphatic metastases ( P 〉 0.05). The expression of C-erbB-2 in breast cancer was different in different period of tumor. Conclusions The cancer cell' s malignant degree maybe changed when it transferred to the lymph-node. The high expression of C-erbB-2 was significantly associated with the period of tumor.
