摘要
机械滞后(又称迟滞)是影响PZT执行器动作精度的关键因素之一,本文介绍了几种可以减小机械滞后影响的控制方法,主要有平均曲线法、自学习控制法、前馈控制法、软件补偿控制法和闭环控制法,最后通过实验仿真了软件补偿控制法。
Mechanical hystersis is one of the key factors which affect machines' operation precision. In this article, several control methods are introduced to reduce the hystersis, such as average curve method, self- studying method, forward-feedback method, spftware- compensating method and closed loop control method. At last we simulated the software - compensating method.
