摘要
介绍了国外及我国关于累积投票制的立法状况,指出了累积投票制的制度价值,分析了累积投票制的制度缺陷,提出了完善累积投票制的一些措施。
This paper introduces the legislative situation of the accumulated voting system overseas and in our country, points out its values, analyses its faults and then proposes some measures to make it consummate.
