摘要
介绍了当前我国的多元文化格局,指出了多元文化对高校思想政治教育工作的影响,提出了提高高校辅导员素质的对策。
This paper introduced the structure of multiculture at present, pointed out the influences of multicuhure on the ideological and political work in universities and colleges, and put forward some countermeasures to improve the quality of college supervisors.
