The Change of Country Land System and the Growth of China's Economy

农村土地制度不仅制约着农村改革的发展,也是国民经济发展的基础。新中国成立后,农村土地制度主要经历了自耕农、人民公社制度和家庭联产承包责任制的变迁,这些制度无疑都曾经促进了中国经济的增长,但也都存在着这样或那样的缺陷。所以明晰土地产权,推进土地使用权的流转,为农村土地制度的创新营造一个良好的外部环境,就成了通过农村土地制度的变革稳定经济增长的关键。

Although the country land system conditioned the development of the reform in countryside, it was the basis to develop nation economy. After the foundation of new China, the country land system mainly underwent the changes of owner-peasant, people＇ s commune system and the family contract responsibility system, which along with their disadvantages had ever improved the growth of China＇ s economy. So the key to stabilize the economic growth by the change of the country land system was to clear the land ownership, improve the circulation of the right to the use of land and creat a better outward environment for the country land system.
