摘要
目的探讨儿童住院的心理、情绪变化及心理辅导方法,从而提高住院患儿对医疗措施的配合及依从性、密切医患关系,提高医疗护理质量。方法选择住院患儿318例,分析观察依不同年龄段、不同表现而采用不同辅导方式进行针对性心理干预前后患几心理情绪反应、表现以及合作程度。结果经过耐心的心理辅导,恐惧和抗拒明显好转,睡眠安稳,干预前后情绪反应及合作情况:1~3岁、4~6岁两组具有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01),7~9岁组具有显著性差异(P〈0.05),10~14岁组则无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论对儿童因住院所产生情绪反应进行心理干预是必要的,针对性心理干预亦是有效的,可帮助患儿克服不良心理反应,促进身心早日康复。
Objective: To investigate the emotional reactivity, emotion changes and the way of mental intervention about children in hosptial ward, So as to improve the cognitiactive ability and reduce emotional reactivity, make them playing an active part in the course of the treatment. Methods: 318 cases of hospitalized children were analysed the different age segments and the different performance, in order to utilize different assistant ways to interfer the emotional reactivity, performances and the level of cooperation in the sick children. Results: Through patient psychology guidance, the fear and resistance emotions were obviously better. There were more significant difference before and after interfering in sleep, emotion and cooperation in the 1 -3 years old groups and the 4 ~ 6 years old groups (P 〈 0. 01 ), and significant defference in the 7 -14 years old groups (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Con- clusion. It is necessary for us to interfer in the fearful psychology of the chldren in hosptal, it is also efficient to psychology interference, which can help the sick children overcome the harmful emotional reactivity, and accelerate their emotional reactivity and body to recover quickly.
